StandOut Strengths Development
New! eLearning Modules: StandOut Check-In Foundations
Two new eLearning modules (available for StandOut Strengths Development clients) provide an engaging, entertaining introduction to Check-Ins for both team members and team leaders, helping them to have meaningful weekly conversations based on strengths.
The first module, Check-Ins: Creating Good Weeks at Work, explores Check-Ins from the perspective of a team member. It helps users understand what’s in it for them to do regular Check-Ins and provides an opportunity to practice reflecting on their work from a strengths-based perspective.
The second module, Check-Ins for Team Leaders: Drawing out the Best of Your People, explores the impact of the StandOut approach to leading teams and provides team leaders with sample Check-Ins to help them practice aligning team members’ strengths to their work.
Sample use cases:
• Assign to all new hires as part of onboarding
• Assign to all new people leaders as part of orientation to leading teams
• Use as part of a launch or relaunch of StandOut or the strengths approach
