New! StandOut Adoption Workshop
StandOut has the power to help each and every team member use their strengths every day, which decades of research has proven to be a key factor in achieving workplace greatness. And of course, who doesn’t want to work someplace great? Yet getting everyone in your organization to regularly use StandOut can take some work. We’ve designed a brand-new workshop to help organizations take their StandOut experience to the next level and drive high levels of platform adoption. This experience will equip participants to be an expert in supporting everyone in the organization in making the most of what StandOut has to offer.
The StandOut Adoption Workshop is an 8-hour virtual experience (broken into multiple sessions) delivered by StandOut expert consultants that leverages a 4-Stage Adoption Model to help team leaders embrace StandOut technology. Participants work together to establish adoption targets and create strategies to build momentum within their organization. They’ll then receive support in planning and executing selected adoption strategies and receive access to tailored adoption resources that may be shared with their users, all resulting in higher StandOut Platform usage for both team leaders and team members.
