We're pleased to deliver new research on the relationships between strengths, engagement, and career growth. Our latest study includes a focus on what people interpret as "career growth", what they believe they need in order to experience it, their primary motivations for it, and how team leaders can best support the career growth needs of team members.

Research: “Check-Ins in the Real World”
Of course, Check-Ins have already been heavily researched and proven to correlate strongly with engagement at work, and now additional efforts are underway to understand what this ritual looks like, feels like, and sounds like for current StandOut users. Using data collected via self-report questionnaires, focus groups, and interviews, we're further defining the perceived value of Check-Ins from the team leader and team member perspectives and identifying the characteristics of a meaningful Check-In conversation.
