Engagement Pulse Usage Report Enhancements
To help organizations better understand how leaders are using Engagement Pulse results, we're updating the Engagement Pulse Usage Report to show when leaders have viewed and shared results.
Milestone Connect Mini Tutorial Video
We're creating a new mini-video to walk users through Milestone Connect. This idea came directly from clients and will assist users in quickly getting up to speed on how to participate in a Milestone Connect.
Engagement Pulse Mini Tutorial Videos
We're releasing 3 new mini-videos (each is 2-minutes or less) highlighting the following topics: how to respond to an Engagement Pulse, how to launch an Engagement Pulse as a Team Leader, and what to do with Engagement Pulse results as a Team Leader.
Coaching Mini Tutorial Video
Last but not least in this cycle's video production will be a short tutorial on StandOut Coaching offerings and where to find them.

Check-In Reporting Enhancements
We're working towards enhanced Check-In reporting to help clients quickly and easily access the Check-In data they need for any segment of their organization.
Roll-Up Reporting Enhancements
Leaders of leaders will have an even better understanding of engagement across their teams after this release. Based on suggestions from clients, we're adding some team-by-team breakdowns of the roll-up reporting metrics found in the Team Leader Dashboard.
Team Check-In Conversation Card
As part of our efforts to find easy ways for Team Leaders to integrate strengths-based tools into their team interactions, we're adding a new card on the Team Check-Ins page. This card will serve suggestions for the Team Leader to launch Interactive Conversations to facilitate deeper connections with their team.
Snapshot Conversation Card
To facilitate user connection using a strengths lens, we're adding a new card to all Snapshot pages which will prompt users who are viewing someone's Snapshot to launch a "Role Reflect Conversation" to get to know their colleague better.
