Check-In Reporting Enhancements
New & improved Check-In reporting is coming your way! We’re delivering on client-requested updates to help practitioners quickly and easily access Check-In data broken out by Team Member and Team Leader segments.
Roll-up Reporting Enhancement
Leaders of leaders will have an even better understanding of engagement across their teams after this release. Based on suggestions from clients, we're adding some team-by-team breakdowns of the roll-up reporting metrics found in the Team Leader Dashboard.
Team Check-In Conversation Shortcut
As part of our efforts to find easy ways for Team Leaders to integrate strengths-based tools into their team interactions, we're adding a new shortcut on the Team Check-Ins page. This card will serve a helpful reminder for the Team Leader to launch Interactive Conversations to facilitate deeper connections with their team.
Snapshot Conversation Shortcut
To facilitate user connection using a strengths lens, we're adding a new shortcut to all Snapshot pages which will prompt users who are viewing someone's Snapshot to launch a "Role Reflect Conversation" to get to know their colleague better.

Your Snapshot is an integral tool for sharing your unique strengths and talents with your colleagues, and we’re working on a new Knowledge Base mini-video to show users how to use the Strength Statement Builder, create Come to Me When Statements, and update the How to Work Best With Me section.
