We’re happy you’re here! Come in, look around and get comfortable!

The StandOut Community was created for you to connect and collaborate with StandOut Community members everywhere. To help you make the most of your time with us, and to make sure this space is safe and welcoming for everyone, there are some basic community guidelines we’d like you to keep in mind.

Share with kindness
Please be kind. You might not agree with another user, or care for what they post, but what and how you respond should come from a place of kindness.

Keep it real
Our community depends on our users being open and honest about who they are and what they’ve accomplished. Please only post as you, and if you’re posting something you did not create, give credit where credit is due.

Keep it legal
Anything you post must be legal. If it would violate a law or is not appropriate, it doesn’t belong here. This includes (but isn’t limited to) anything that is hateful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory.

Keep it safe

Please don’t post personal information like your phone number or email address, or the personal information of others. You can use the flag functionality if you come across a post or a comment you think we need to know about, or believe goes against the StandOut Community Guidelines/Terms of Use.

Stay on topic
If someone is asking an instructional question, please don’t answer with something off-topic or unrelated. This is also not the place to be self-promoting, selling, or spamming other users.

The Fine Print

The Community Guidelines and Terms of Use can be updated at any time, so check back here from time to time to ensure you have the latest and greatest information. Our terms and guidelines apply to all community members, including you!

The guidelines above are just a starting point. The full StandOut Community Terms of Use and TMBC Online Privacy Statement can be found at the bottom of this page.

Now go community-ify, and have a StandOut day!
