Introduce Yourself! 👋🏽

Hi everyone!

I’m Jenny, and I’ve been at StandOut for 2 years wearing a few different hats👒: Deployment Consultant, Community Writer, and Professional Services Consultant. My Top 2 StandOut Roles are Pioneer and Creator. I’m located in Minneapolis, MN, where our beautiful summers make up for the long winters. ⛄❄

Hiiiiiii there!  Takia John here (Deployment Consultant - Creator / Provider).  I reside here in the Big Apple 🍎 (NYC) and have been at TMBC for ~4.5 years.

People who know me well know that I am an absolute foodie!  It’s always difficult to “land the plane” when I’m asked what my favorite food/dish is 🙃.  I  probably have my Creator to thank for that as well! 😁 My favs for now though are the honey and chive lobster roll from the Lazy Lobster (outdoor seasonal restaurant … open until the end of Sept) and the Coconute Shrimp Taco at Avo Taco (both on Long Island)...YUM!  What are your favs?

Hi, everyone.

My name is Michelle, and I work at HMH in Paramus. I was hired back in July as a Guest Ambassador. I love encountering with patients and their families when they walk in asking for directions. I am a happy, joyful, and positive influenced person towards them and my fellow team members. My goal is to become a nurse one day for this amazing company. I will work hard for that goal and make it happen. My motto is, “Smile to all those around you because you never know much it will influence someone else. You never know, it might just brighten their day’.

Well, I look forward in meeting more team members and leaders here on this Blog.

Happy Friday to all!!😎

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEK !!

Hello! My name is Theresa Madrill. I work in K-12 Education in Pueblo, Colorado. I am OBSESSED with Stand Out. I have tried every personality eval out there, and I always felt like something was missing and it never got the gist of who I am. I expected Stand Out to be the same, but it is the most functional tool I have ever received in developing myself as a leader. I am an Advisor and a Connector. I have been able to harness this resource to spend more time doing things I am good at, and delegating things that are others’ strengths. I love the email reminders of my strengths. I want to work here!

Hi all!

I’m David, Teacher/Connector, and Sr. Client Success Manager at StandOut/ADP. I love learning about people, clients and organizations and using data to drive strategy and achieve goals. I’m based out of Denver, Colorado, where I enjoy all things mountain related- primarily skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. I’m excited to be on this 💪🏻STRENGTHS💪🏻 journey with each of you!

Greetings,

I’m Tom and a Pioneer/Creator. I rec’d my StandOut Coaching Certification in 2013! I teach grad students in Saint Joseph’s Univ. Management program. SJU is in Philly and I live with my wife in Media, PA. Glad to finally locate a StandOut community!

I am truly loving this standout community. I hope you all know that the way you show up—especially through teaching and meaningful connection—makes a profound difference in the Emergency Room every single day.

When we take the time to teach with intention, we don’t just pass on skills—we build confidence, sharpen critical thinking, and empower one another to act decisively when seconds matter. When we connect with our teams, we create trust, psychological safety, and a culture where questions are welcomed and learning never stops.

In the ER, standing out means being present in chaos, guiding others through uncertainty, and turning high-pressure moments into opportunities for growth. It means recognizing that every interaction—whether with a patient, a new nurse, a tech, or a colleague—has the power to shape outcomes, save lives, and strengthen the entire team.

This is how real impact is made: by teaching with purpose, leading with compassion, and staying deeply connected to one another.
