Hi everyone! 

I’m Jenny, and I’ve been at StandOut for 2 years wearing a few different hats: Deployment Consultant, Community Writer, and Professional Services Consultant. My Top 2 StandOut Roles are Pioneer and Creator. I’m located in Minneapolis, MN, where our beautiful summers make up for the long winters. 

Hiiiiiii there!  Takia John here (Deployment Consultant - Creator / Provider).  I reside here in the Big Apple  (NYC) and have been at TMBC for ~4.5 years.  

People who know me well know that I am an absolute foodie!  It’s always difficult to “land the plane” when I’m asked what my favorite food/dish is .  I  probably have my Creator to thank for that as well!  My favs for now though are the honey and chive lobster roll from the Lazy Lobster (outdoor seasonal restaurant … open until the end of Sept) and the Coconute Shrimp Taco at Avo Taco (both on Long Island)...YUM!  What are your favs?

Hey everyone- Brett Eslinger here, Sr. Manager of Client Success for StandOut.  My top 2 roles are Stimulator // Equalizer.  I am keenly aware of the energy in a room (Stimulator), yet always looking for order, balance, and the “right” thing to do (Equalizer).

I have worked at ADP for just over 7 years, all of has been spent working with our great product StandOut.  I have lived in Minnesota for most of my life, though I also lived in South Dakota, Michigan, and Colorado throughout the years.

My name is Michelle, and I work at HMH in Paramus. I was hired back in July as a Guest Ambassador. I love encountering with patients and their families when they walk in asking for directions. I am a happy, joyful, and positive influenced person towards them and my fellow team members. My goal is to become a nurse one day for this amazing company. I will work hard for that goal and make it happen. My motto is, “Smile to all those around you because you never know much it will influence someone else. You never know, it might just brighten their day’.
