Additionally, your organization may choose to keep items off until a later time; please work with your HR contact to understand when items will become available to you.September 27, 2025Release 25.39Theme — Engagement ✨ Research: Trickle-Down Effects of Engagement Pulse ConstructsWe're conducting research based on StandOut data to better understand whether there is a correlation between engagement values of senior leaders within an organization and their full employee base. Research: Engagement by Team SizeAre you more likely to be engaged in your work if you're part of a smaller team? We'll answer this question and share additional research on the impact that team size has on employee engagement. Research: Engagement in Strengths UseWe're doing more research and will be sharing updated metrics on how leveraging employee strengths impacts engagement. Research: Engagement by TenureIs employee engagement likely to increase or decrease the longer an employee has been with the company? We have even more research headed your way with this release, examining the relationship between tenure and engagement. StandOut FoundationsEnterprise Content Subscribers will soon have access to a new set of resources teaching the core concepts of StandOut's strengths-based approach. The StandOut Foundations offering is modular and flexible, allowing content to be mixed and matched seamlessly to suit the needs of any group of learners. Four digital self-paced modules will be launched in September, with additional content to follow. Simplified Certifications PathWe're excited to introduce clients to a simplified and accelerated approach to StandOut Certifications, through which facilitators will have the option to leverage digital self-paced modules for select prerequisite trainings. StandOut Position Paper UpdatesWith all of the new research on engagement mentioned above, we're updating the existing StandOut Position Paper with the latest information. Engagement Pulse IntelligenceWe’re very excited to be combine the power of Engagement Groups and Coaching Intelligence in order to provide meaningful insights and guidance for team leaders! With this new feature, team leaders with a closed Engagement Pulse will see customized and actionable guidance on how to proceed with positively impacting their teams’ engagement levels. Engagement Pulse Team Leader Reminder EmailsNew (additional) emails to Team Leaders will be introduced to help them take actions to get more complete participation from their teams during an open Engagement Pulse. StandOut Platform: New Language Translations for AssessmentIn addition to our existing platform translation options for taking the Assessment, we're adding Swedish and Turkish language translations with this release. February 21, 2026Release 26.08Theme — To Be Announced 🎤 StandOut Insights: New StoryOur StandOut Insights feature analyzes client StandOut data to create meaningful stories about an organization's engagement journey. While in the past these stories have required a certain level of data criteria to be met for an organization to qualify, we're pleased to introduce a brand-new story that will be available to all clients, offering a streamlined way to more easily share out the impact that StandOut has had on your organization. Multiple Login MethodsWith this release, users whose organizations are set up with SSO (Single Sign On) Log-In will also have a new option to log-in without SSO if they choose, making the platform more easily accessible for those who are not provisioned with SSO log-in credentials. May 2, 2026Release 26.18Theme — To Be Announced 🎤 Enterprise Content Subscription in StandOutEnterprise Content Subscription resources will be moving to a new home right within the StandOut platform, streamlining access for subscribers and enhancing user convenience.
